Black Salt
Black Salt is a potent force, it’s simple and easy to use. It removes evil; people, spirits, and negative energy
Add a small amount to a dish and let it sit for a week, this will cleanse a house of negative energies. Three teaspoons is a good amount for your average sized house. If a particular room is causing you some trouble, use the same amount just for that room. Scatter it along doorways and window ledges to ward away evil. Add a small amount to a floor wash if you have wooden floors. If you have dark carpets you can scatter some across them, wait an hour, then vacuum it up. DO NOT use on light carpet.
Circle a red protection candle with Black Salt to protect a person from harm.
Black Salt works by absorbing the negative energies including those of arguments, stagnant water, ill health, and the energy of spirits and people that mean the owner harm.
Dispose of any ‘working’ salt after a week, and keep all containers capped and hidden away.

Detox Bath
The ingredients in this Detox are reputed to remove heavy metals, radiation, toxins, Nano particles and parasites from the body. Make sure you are well hydrated before and after the bath.

Borax
Borax is used for numerous applications. It’s widely used as a household cleaner and a booster for laundry detergent as well as home and personal care products. In laundry powders it acts as a water softener, pH buffer as well as a bleaching and cleaning agent. These properties also lend themselves well to soap making as the water softening effect of the borax is reputed to assist soap in withstanding the effects of hard water whilst also improving it’s ability to clean.

Epsom Salts
The wonders of Epsom salts have been known for hundreds of years and, unlike other salts, has beneficial properties that can soothe the body, mind, and soul. Some of the countless health benefits include relaxing the nervous system, curing skin problems, soothing back pain and aching limbs, easing muscle strain, healing cuts, treating colds and congestion, and drawing toxins from the body. One of the simplest ways to ease stress and stress-related problems is to soak in a tub full of hot water with a few cups of Epsom Salt. The benefits of Epsom salt baths have been utilized for years.
Stress drains the body of magnesium and increases levels of adrenaline. When dissolved in warm water, Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin and replenishes the level of magnesium in the body. The magnesium helps to produce serotonin, a mood-elevating chemical within the brain that creates a feeling of calm and relaxation. Research shows that magnesium also increases energy and stamina by encouraging the production of ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the energy packets made in the cells. Magnesium ions also help you relax and reduce irritability by lowering the effects of adrenaline. Soda Ash.
Soda Ash has so many uses and can replace poisonous chemicals used to clean around the home.
Perfect for making natural laundry powder. Clean dish cloths and dirty tea towels in a strong solution of soda ash and hot water to remove dirt and grease. Soak dirty clothes in a bucket with ½ cup of soda ash as a pre-wash soak
Scrub chopping boards to get rid of lingering smells without tainting food. Rinse thoroughly. Clean your oven by sprinkling on the base, dampen with water and leave overnight. Scoop up in the morning.
Clean your toilet by sprinkling 2 tbsp in the bowl, leave 10 minutes then clean with brush.
Sprinkle on paths and driveways to remove slime, dampen, then leave for 12 hours then remove. Get rid of whitefly and mites in your garden by spraying plants with 1/2 cup soda ash to 6 litres of water. Stop mildew and blackspot in its tracks by spraying roses with a solution made from 1/4 cup soda ash, 1 cup of milk and 3 litres of water. Remove mould on outdoor furniture by sprinkling on and adding water, give it a scrub then leave overnight, scrub again and hose off.
Use soda ash on your drains every couple of weeks to keep them clear, pour 1/4 cup down the drain and flush with water. For drains that are already clogged, pour down a cup of soda ash followed by three cups of boiling water, repeat this twice. Cleaning your rubbish bin with a strong solution will help to remove dirt and grime.
